Hostetler Architecture is a full service design and planning firm providing thoughtful, elegant, and practical solutions to the opportunities that we encounter in the built environment.
The initial firm was co-founded in May 2011, by Shawn Hostetler and his partner, and transitioned to Hostetler Architecture in 2017. However, we have created excellent client relationships in the Cape Fear region for both commercial and residential projects since 2007.

Our firm has a diverse background in projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia. Clients trust their projects with HA for multi-family and single family residential, mixed-use, retail, medical offices, and church facility designs. The success of our projects is due to our in depth process and involvement with our clients, and our drive to achieve a complete understanding of their specific goals and expectations.
Three dimensional (3D) design is in our DNA and used throughout our entire process. The firm's commitment to Building Information Modeling (BIM) gives our clients a crystal clear picture of every aspect of their building project. Utilizing BIM, along with our meticulous attention to detail, allows for superior coordination of the engineered elements of the building such as structure and mechanical systems, leading to more cost efficient designs. Fewer changes in the field, yields cost savings to our clients.
We address cost management throughout the design process with creative solutions, that have provided a consistent track record of projects that are completed on time and on budget.
