RIVER OAKS APARTMENTS | WOODBRIDGE, VA

This is a 300 unit apartment complex on the outskirts of Washington DC, that consists of 9 three and four story apartment buildings, 4 detached garage buildings and a 6,000 SF clubhouse.  The luxury apartments include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units that are connected with an open corridor or breezeways, and view framing balconies.  The contemporary craftsman style buildings and pedestrian friendly site design led to a quick lease up period.  We consulted on design, provided construction drawings and 2 years of construction observation and administration on the $26 million dollar budget.
