This Client approached us to study the most cost effective way to provide an apartment for their adult, special needs child.  This 750 SF apartment adapts a largely unused existing porte cochere.  The apartment provides a modern efficiency apartment that fits seamlessly with the existing coastal architecture style of the residence.
