SCOTTS HILL MEDICAL PARK | SCOTTS HILL, NC

The Medical Park sits on a 8+ acre site and includes five medical office/retail buidings totalling approximately 200,000 SF of space.  It also includes a stand alone parking structure.  The large doctor ownership group shelved the project in 2008, but with the flurry of activity in the area and the nearby construction of an emergent care facility, the Client contacted us to complete the Phase I office building to anchor the development, that we designed while with Cline Design Associates.  Phase I consists of Building 'C', a 44,000 SF spec medical office building and the associated site infrastructure.
