OAK COURT MIXED USE | WILMINGTON, NC

The Oak Court Mixed Use Project included renovating an existing retail center and the design of a new three story, 30 unit apartment building in a beautiful live oak setting in the heart of Wilmington.  The apartment building consists of studio, and two bedroom market rate units that are connected with an open corridor and view framing balconies.  The apartments overlook a serene park setting featuring 100+ year old oak trees.  Oak Court's design introduces a contemporary edge to traditional Nantucket style, desired by the Owner.
