GREY COMMONS | WILMINGTON, NC

This is a new three story mixed use building directly adjacent to our first office location at 2906 Market Street, in Wilmington.  The building sits on 29th street, which has been built out with modern double and single family dwellings, so this building was designed to respond to those homes as well as the more traditional buildings of the area.  It contains a first floor office space and a single dwelling unit on the first floor, and 8 additional dwelling units on the two floors above.  Closer to downtown, these units are a compact efficient design, maximizing the allowed density and site coverage.  The interiors of the units are clean and modern with luxury finishes and high, loft-like ceilings.
