ABBOTTS RUN CLUBHOUSE | WILMINGTON, NC

The residents of Abbotts Run apartments are enjoying their new clubhouse, including a fitness area overlooking the pool, and a beautifully appointed club room featuring state of the art connectivity.  From concept and programming, to its completion, we partnered with our client to beautify and add value to a great property.  This is a new 3,600 SF building that blends with the existing architecture of the surrounding apartment buildings while providing a modern aesthetic.  The exterior peels away at the main entry to reveal a soaring 1 1/2 story club room and business lounge, encouraging residents and their guests to socialize and enjoy they're home at Abbotts Run.
