WHITE DENTAL BUILDING | HOLLY RIDGE, NC

This state of the art dental office is a single story, 4,000 SF facility that was designed around the patient experience and ultra-high functionality in order to maintain peak operational efficiency by the staff.  Dr. White came to us with a vision for a modern building free from the traditional, stereotypical stuffy doctor office.  We created a building designed inside and out around his practice, invoking the precision techniques and equipment that operate within, while providing patient areas that are uplifted with natural light without glare and maintaining important privacy needs.

This building is the first phase of a boutique multi-building campus that was planned for the Owner's property that includes professional office space that will be needed for this high growth area on the southern border of Camp LeJeune.  (Project Architect and Manager at Cline Design Assoc.)
