ROURK MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING RENOVATIONS | MYRTLE BEACH, SC

The Client asked us to help renovate the exterior of this tired 80's office blob of beige.  The result is a building that responds to the low county style that stitches it to the local architecture and giving it a distinct character that has brought the building to life, achieving the ultimate goal of attracted new tenants to the building.  The renovations included roofing, exterior skin, windows, canopies and exterior garden area to this over 260,000 SF facility.
