Seeking to increase the square footage of his home in an established neighborhood, the Client asked us to renovate his home, including a new kitchen layout.  We took advantage of unused attic space to capture a music/recording room and new game room with floor to ceiling operable glass patio doors that expanded the room out over a new 2 level outdoor living space.
